Framework for Success

Success requires innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship from helping to define an opportunity to developing the solution. This includes management of the team that will bring the solution to life, whether it is a product or an experience. The following ten-step design process is how I approach problems, discover opportunities and exceed expectations.
